Devlog #20: Little bit of UI


Hello,

Today I didn't do a whole lot, just added a display for the player's health and strength, as well as fixed the issue with path tiles being removed during generation that would result in paths "connecting" to an empty space. I did this by just including an extra ring of chunks around the player, between the "generate paths" and "set path sprites" layers, where the clumps would be removed, instead of doing it at the same time the path sprites were set. 

Tomorrow I want to start on an inventory UI for corpses and giving them stats and features or whatever, so they are all different and appeal to different buyers.
